Weather Delay and Service Days

We schedule work Monday through Friday and use Saturday to compensate for delays. If for whatever reason we cannot provide service on your regularly scheduled day we will notify you by email and provide service the following day.
 

Cancellations or Schedule Changes

If you need to change your service for any reason, please contact us by phone or email by 4pm the day before your service is scheduled. This will allow us to make the changes to the next day schedule. Any changes received after 4pm may not be implemented on the next day schedule, but we will do our best.
 

Property Damage

It is not common for property of any kind to be damaged. If this does happen, please let us know immediately so we can make timely repairs. The most common damage to property is sprinkler heads because they are sometimes almost impossible to see in the grass. We will fix sprinkler heads if we break them. Properly placed sprinkler heads almost never get damaged.
Please let us know immediately if you believe we are responsible for damaged property. If you fix the property on your own without contacting us beforehand, we will not refund you any costs associated with repairs. If we cannot make the repair ourselves, we will hire someone who is qualified to do so.
 

Service Problems

We work hard to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the services we provide. If you are not happy with our work, just let us know. We will send our crews back to correct any reasonable problems you may have with our work at no additional charge if you make us aware of the problem within 24 hours. If you contact us after 24 hours, we will make sure to correct the problem for the next service (if it’s a recurring service). We will do whatever it takes to make sure all issues are fixed. If we still cannot fix the problem, we will not charge you.
 

Pets

Please let us know if you have any pets that are kept outside so that our crews can be aware of them. While our crews are very careful to keep gates closed, we recommend that you keep your pets indoors or in a pet crate on your scheduled mow day.
 

Gates

Keep your gate unlocked on your scheduled mowing day.
We recommend combination locks so that we can get into your back yard without bothering you.
 

Payment

It is Holy Garden Landscaping LLC’s goal to provide you with the most convenient, hassle free service possible.
For this reason, we recommend that you set up your billing account with a major credit card (Visa, Discover Card, , American Express MasterCard, etc.). We will charge your credit card at the end of the month for any services performed during that month.
